Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing stock. This position offers competitive hourly rates based on shifts and schedules, ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move, sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically within the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute insights for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
