1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Alternating weekends with 2 weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend with 2 weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Organize merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in various temperatures and physical demands.
