1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks such as receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
