1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise efficiently in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
