1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and adherence to safety guidelines.
