Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to ensure our stores are well stocked for our customers. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
