Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This position offers a starting wage of $22.00 per hour for an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
