3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Perform all tasks accurately within company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures.
