General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Create a clean, safe work environment and promote safe freight handling practices.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting to achieve department goals.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, collaboration, growth, excellence, and wellness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center operations, transportation, or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
