General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.
• Support the company's values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service Center, transportation, or related experience preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
