As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling available resources to ensure the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Foster safe handling, loading, unloading, and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a service center, transportation, or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with freight handling and Microsoft Office Suite.
