Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our expanding team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe freight handling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation with proper load balance.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Create a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in service center or transportation industry is a plus.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
