About the Role:

• Position: Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs.
• Location: New Castle County, DE.
• Hours: Day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
• Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in discharge planning.

Requirements:

• HSD or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
