Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi in Dublin, OH. In this role, you will manage construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional real estate teams to assess construction bids. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of construction documents and hold an educational background in construction, architecture, or engineering to ensure adherence to project scopes and regional cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop negotiation points with contractors under the guidance of Construction Managers.
• Provide detailed bid analysis to divisional real estate teams for awarding projects.
• Prepare quarterly pricing reports for the National Real Estate Project Manager.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate bids for analytical reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost indices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage construction costs efficiently.
