Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with the team to maintain store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and provide assistance to customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
