Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
