Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join Avis Budget Group. As part of our dynamic team, you will be involved in providing excellent customer service in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots. This outdoor role offers a fast-paced and engaging environment, where you will interact with customers and ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental or return process.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.
• Work collaboratively in a high-energy team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts.
