We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic Avis Budget Group team. This role involves assisting customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental or return procedures at airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout interactions.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and handle check-in/check-out procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and willingness to work all shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
