Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces, arrange tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event plans.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
• Deliver products to distribution clients as required.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, dining sections, and service stations.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations for a consistent presentation.
• Clear tables, reset event spaces, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless event coordination.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food handling guidelines.
• Assist in post-event cleanup and equipment storage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or banquet service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
