Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join the team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and overseeing the front desk operations to guarantee a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk team members to maintain efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and guide front desk staff, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and high service levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and preferences effectively.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate guest records.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel front desk roles and supervisory positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
