Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, develop and implement action plans, and lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with improving operating results and implementing action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and ensure quality and freshness.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise effectively.
