Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work collaboratively to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
