Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
