Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI store team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
