Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Skills to operate equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
