Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
