Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate to play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness, all while collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to provide outstanding service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and stock shelves efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and able to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and safely handle equipment.
- Work efficiently and follow company policies with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet state requirements for alcohol sales.
