Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to uphold company standards for cleanliness and operations
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
