Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers both fulfilling responsibilities and a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Demonstrate physical ability to lift and move merchandise, up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
