Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and effective collaboration with the ALDI team are crucial for our success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work independently or within a team.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient multitasking.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
