Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
