Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
