Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi and train on all aspects of successfully running a store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Communicate and model the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure appropriate resolutions.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Assist in hiring store personnel and managing schedules.
• Identify training opportunities for team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor store budgets, product merchandising, and inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail and prior management preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment, handle alcoholic beverages, and uphold company policies.
