Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans, and participating in discharge planning. This position offers Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem opportunities with a competitive pay range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
