Join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth as a Home Care LPN and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are currently hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community in New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
