Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for dedicated and experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This position offers a competitive salary of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour and various benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible schedule, and more. Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
