Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

Siler City Center is seeking Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join their team. The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care by unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain a current BLS/CPR certification as required.
