Job Description
Highgate at Paoli Pointe, an award-winning assisted living facility, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide excellent patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Assess and monitor patients, report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing school.
- Current or pending state nursing license.
- Active BLS/CPR certification.
