Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care to patients to achieve positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
