Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pheasant Wood for ALL SHIFTS. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and contribute to patient assessments and care planning.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
