Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality nursing care, monitoring patient well-being, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, record observations, and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and execution.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduation from an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending state licensure as a Practical Nurse.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification per state requirements.
