Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and perform treatments
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff

Requirements

• Graduate of approved school for practical or vocational nursing
• Current or pending state license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
