Job Description

Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Supervise unlicensed staff and monitor patient care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
