Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience in or around the residential real estate industry to join our dynamic team. As an Acquisition Agent, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in real estate to identify valuable properties for acquisition while using our extensive resources to excel in the current market.
Responsibilities
- Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition.
- Negotiate deals and build relationships to secure off-market and on-market properties.
- Work closely with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to facilitate property transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends and opportunities to maximize acquisitions.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license is required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, negotiate deals, and communicate effectively.
- Self-driven with a high-performance mindset and accountability for results.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a natural aptitude for dealmaking.
