Responsibilities

• Identify off-market and on-market properties for acquisition using market analysis and negotiation skills.
• Utilize New Western's resources including leads, established relationships, and proprietary software.
• Work as an independent contractor focusing on generating profitable real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Hold an active Alabama real estate license.
