LPN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
