Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitoring conditions and reporting changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
