Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Night Shift LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and oversee unlicensed staff's care delivery. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
