Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Pheasant Wood facility for ALL SHIFTS. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance. As an LPN at Genesis Health, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending license by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
