We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team at ABF Freight in Denver, CO. As part of our growing company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations to ensure timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.

General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Work in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
